Moves each entry's file to its organizedPaths under the target and points the entry at it, one after the other. An entry already in place, or no longer in the library, is skipped. A failure only costs that comic. When a comic leaves a subfolder of the organized folder (one dropped there by hand, or the place of an older structure), that subfolder and its parents are deleted if they are now empty; nothing outside the organized folder is ever deleted.
